For this course the students are forming Working Groups, which will analyse and present three practical examples of Tourism Planning in Stralsund.

All presentations and papers should address questions like:

Who are the actors in the planning process?
What are their different specific interests?
What are their different roles and possibilities of influencing the process?
Which goals, instruments and milestones have been agreed upon?
 How did the projects develop?
Where does the money come from and how is it used?
What results can be expected from which szenarios?

Each group will have to present intermediate results and - if possible - an expert  connected to the project during one session.

The term papers (min. 8 pages/person) have to be finished and handed in by email before Jan 26th, 2007.

Two Working group plena are scheduled to facilitate the common discussion of methods, progress, information sources and problems encountered.
