Resources at local level
At local level resources are developed
by public and private sectors, sometimes also by
the "voluntary sector"
Important factors for local level
resource development: Accessability, physical
site attributes, tourism-friendly policy of local/national
government, acceptance of local inhabitants
Tourism-orientated land uses will
normally exist in clusters:
Recreational business districts (RBDs), f.i. seafront
Central business districts (CBDs) in cities
