Functions of Leading
"Locomotion" and "Cohesion":
"Locomotion" means making sure that
the right targets are given to the right people
with the right information and resources to reach
this target.
"Cohesion" means making sure that the
person and the group can reach their personal goals
and achieve constructive interaction.
This is done by:

- Communicating
- Motivating
- Goal-Setting
