Please prepare for next session:

a) Please have a look at the things you have and try to find out
from which and from how many countries you have products in your place

or

b) Please go to the supermarket and try to find out
from which and from how many countries you find products in the shop

Eight Group Presentations (two parts)

Presentation and term paper about:
a) Functions of an Actor in Globalisation (World Bank, UN, Multinational Corporations, New Media, WTO, EU, ASEAN, Shipping companies, NGOs, Attac, Global Brands etc.)
b) Economic, social, ecological and political effects of Globalisation on specific country

Term Paper about both topics, can be interrelated if feasible.

 

Please form eight groups and start discussion which Actors and which countries to choose.
