Assessment Center

Who already participated in an assessment center?

What have been your experiences?

The bad and the good news:

- The bad news: A cloud of toxic gas will move in from Hemmingstedt, you will all die today.

- The good news: The Buddhists got it right: You will all be reborn as an animal.

Because of our good relations with Buddha, you can choose.

PLEASE WRITE DOWN AS WHICH ANIMAL YOU WANT TO BE REBORN!

Assessment center tests:

- 10 persons discuss a topic twice, one will be selected for the new job involving a strong need for leadership qualities.

- Two minutes: Form groups. The members of the largest group are kicked out of the selection process.

- I want to be reborn as..... Results.

Discuss: Which methods for recruitment and selection do you see as the most efficient for Leisure and Tourism companies to find "fitting" staff members today?
