The perfect manager for
the 21st century
 By now we - hopefully - have some clearer ideas about what management
is doing today and what it will probably have to
do in the coming decades.
Managers are people (lets hope this will be true
until you reach retirement age...). So: What qualifications
are needed to be prepared to become the perfect
manager for the 21st century?
