Definition of "Leading"
Leading means to let other persons
do their work:
- goal-orientated
- within an agreed form of organisation
- under specific surrounding conditions
- successful
- within humane conditions and according
to their needs.
Leading needs
- a potential to sanction and to
grant incentives
- a higher level of information
- a direct communication between
leader and lead (not just influence through media
